I found a mid-size "Magnificent Magnavox" console (Model #1SR295H) that I bought for $20 for the amp/pre-amp/tuner (Amp is stamped, I think, 182-11) and large (15") Magnavox speaker. I have no need for the BSR TT. It's a nice console though - I feel guilty gutting it for it's parts. :scratch2:I saw a Magnificent Magnavox Tube Console at the GW today. Unless it's cabinet is beyond repair, any tube Magnavox console now should be treated as a protected species. It's a nice console as it is, and it can be made with a Stereo cartridge wired for mono to play more modern records. This is a reasonably high quality console when running right, and biamped.
